Non Refund of money given to service provider for not providing service

1. It is intimated that we ‘Royal care Enterprises’ is a very small Proprietor Firm and I Meera Rajput is Proprietor of above firm.
2. We are selling various medical devices through Amazon and Flip card e-commerce plate for. We are filling regular GST return and ITR.
3. Due to new Government policy we are required to obtain MD-42 certificate from Government for sale of medical devices.
4. In order to get MD-42 certificate we approach following consultant firm’

5. On 13th March 2024 we approached office of above firm at Noida office and Staff of CORPBIZ PRIVATE LIMITED Ms VARSHA attended us. She brief us and asked certain documents i.e PAN, ADHAR, GST CERTIFICATE, ADDRESS PROOF, PHOTOGRAPH,EDUCATION QUALIFICATION ,mobile number, emailidetc. She told us that these documents are sufficient to get your MD-42 certificate. She also told us that they are expert in providing service in these matter and had rendered this service to a number of clients. We told that we do not have any other documents and they should accept our demand if they can provide services with the help of produced documents. She assured no additional documents will be required.
6. On 14th March 2024 they sent us Invoice with number 48854 demanding Rs 20700 (copy enclosed). Accordingly we paid the amount Rs 20700.00 on 15 March 24 by net banking with reference number-upi/407503463797/CDSCO/corpbizprivate.
7. After getting money, firm started asking additional documents which we were not in possession.
There has been lot of email correspondence and telephonic discussion with other officials of CORPBIZ. Name of official with whom we discussed the issue are as under
a) Rekha Kumari ( customer Success Manager)
b) Varsha Nirvan (Manager)
c) Akash Sharma ( Team lead CDSCO)
ON 16 th April 24 through email we asked firm to please refund our amount Rs 20700 as your firm has failed to provide service.( Copy of various email is also attached).
8. Ultimately firm has refused to refunds our money .
9. In view of above circumstances and refusal of firm CORPBIZ to refund our money you are requested to please help us in getting our money Rs 20700/-.
