I paid Rs 1385/- online to get my license and appeared for the scheduled driving test at Sector, 82 A Mohali however they told me to reapply the test for Amritsar as the address mentioned on my Adhaar card is of Amritsar. I visited RTO office Kharar to get my refund of the paid fees however they mentioned to email SAARTHI portal. SAARTHI portal mentioned that they do not deal with payment concerns. I'll have to reapply at Amritsar RTO by paying them fees again. I do not have anywhere to go now to get the refund of my paid fees. Please assist.
