Sir,
I had ordered a Battery power bank on 03/10/2016 via online shopping (Whaaky.com). An amount of Rs 799/- had been paid by me through State Bank Of Patiala Net Banking. I had received the confirmation mail also on the same day from CITRUS PAY.
For the last 20 days, I am continuously writing emails at [email protected] for the delivery schedule of the ordered product. But failed to get any response.
I had also tried calling on Whaaky's toll no-040-66228282 & 9533495334. No response again.
The vendor is a doing cheating/ fraud via online shopping.
Please take appropriate action so that the other people may not get trapped.
