Sir,
My self umashankar Sharma using Aircel no.9097446262 .but i m very worried that my Rs.30.00 was deducted without my request on 24/04/2016 (4.42 PM) . I message the company as Stop and also call the customer care in same day because i know very well that this type of intimation is being given within 24 hr.the customer care executive (Girl) told me that system is updating hence i could not help u this time. 2 nd day (within 24 hr) i m also contacted customer care he told me that u do not worry ur money will be refunded within 24 hr.i feel relax but after passing the time balance Rs. 30.00 has not been credited in my A/c.I very surprised then i also contact customer care . the company executive lodge my complain no. which is 1-22941896635. i have also give the online complain but there is no positive response has been taken. i contacted customer care on dated 27 th march also he told me that u wait on 11.00 Am of 28th April ur problem will be resolved.but now there is no response has been taken . On 28 th April 2016,i also contacted customer care but phone is disconnected 2 times.u can also hear the recording with customer care with me. i m not wrong. i continuously trying from the day of deduction but my valuable Rs.30.00 not credited in my a/c till date which is deducted by the company without my permission / request for music Connect Service. i also send the mail to the company appellate for positive response on dated 28/04/2016.since my valuable amount has been deducted hence it should be credited in my A/c positively. due to lacing of balance i m unable to important calls.
