Did a recharge of rupees 61 recently on my jio number. So I logged into my jio app selected data add on recharge and did payment through my gpay account. Bank account attached with my gpay is Airtel payments Bank. I then talked to jio customer care and also payments Bank but no response. They keeping me wait, not giving my money back or completing recharge. They gave me time of maximum 5th sept. Today it is 6th September so I am registering this complain. Please do the needful
