We are regularly recharging Rs.241 for our number 8217032292, But the plan have suddenly changed, and not given the talktime, we have recharged 241 on 22/09/2023 , and got 40 gb data pack. then we have recharged for top up 100 rs. that was clearly mentioned in the plan that talktime of 81.75, and it can be used for international calls, but when we recharged we have not received the talktime. And we called the customer care, they said it is only for sms. These details are not mentioned by the operator in the list, they have clearly mentioned talktime of Rs. 81.75, we came to recharge my phone for an emergency calling, but we suffered, Please help me out in this....
