Unsuccessfull Payment via BillDesk using ICICI Debit Card

Hi Team,

On July 15th,2016, I have made a payment of Rs. 92,115 to Hughes Global website using ICICI VISA Debit Card.

But the issue is that the Merchant - Hughes Global didn't received the payment & money has been deducted from ICICI Account.

I called ICICI Bank and they the withdrawal from account by BillDesk. They have given below reference Ids which ICICI got from Bill Desk

Reference Number - S155057

Please look into this issue urgently & revert the transaction as Rs.92,115 is a very big amount for me & I need to make a urgent payment to Hughes.

    You should contact billdesk about this, more over tell the icici bank to reverse the change as the payeee has not received the payment, posting it here will not fix it, this is just a complainst dashboard and if none of the company notices you issue here, you will stay charged, ideally ion case of failed payments, contact the payment gateway or the bank, it may take around 5-7 days to get reverted back automatically. Its not banks fault, its fault at payment gateway or the company you paid to.
