Not refunded money complaint against Nowfloats technologies

I am a partner for a year But afterr taking money there is no support anyone from the @Nowfloats...A month after paying money, there was no company man in Ahmedabad who would support us when I said this thing in the company you manage alone no physical company support available..Does not give a correct answer and does not support the customer....I sale 1 hotel product(Hotel oneup) which has been 7 months passed but hs'nt yet done complete delivery and does not provide any proper support...When the customer asked to cancel, everyone became active and talked about the support but only the things that did not even do the solutions till date...I called the owner Mr. Jasminder @GulatiSinghJ of the company, he talked once and for the second time he put my no. on reject mode...Then
I called from second number after listening my voice they cut off and put it on the reject mode..I request to consumer court pls. support & help for refunding money...
