Not able to pay Online Bill pay idea postpaid customer payment portal

Dear idea

I'm the postpaid customer of idea network my last bill amount due 549.14 due date on 12-July-16 i will pay the bill on 18-July-16 by online payment in idea online bill payment portal continues follow the online pay bill process but last payment process complete then show the message SORRY YOUR PAYMENT COULD NOT PROCESSED THIS TIME PLEASE TRY AGAIN. now debit my amount in bank account but don't pay my bill attached snapshot of idea portal page and error message.
