Kota hostel owner not refunding security advance after vacating hostel .

Dear Sir,
My daughter Akanksha Pandey is preparing for NEET cecam coaching in Rajasthan Kota. She was staying in Ariyhant Girl hostel in Jawahar Nagar Kota. After completion of one year very few students were available in that hostel. Then owner Mr. Anurag Vijay shifted students to Vameshwari hostel . My daughter's coaching institute is far away from that hostel. She shifted to near by her coaching institute. After leaving the hostel he did not refund the security advance. My wife approached to nearby police station. Infront of ASI he assured to return money within 3 days but more than 10 days past he is not picking up phone. I humble request you to kindly take stringent action against Mr. Anurag Vijay and help me to get security advance back soon. He is simply harrassing me and my family. My address is mentioned below -
