Phone pe customer service helpline 7OO4972O38 help line and you know transacted an amount of RS 25,500 on 14 September 2019. The transaction showed failed but the money got debited from my account. I called up phonepe customer care and they told me to call my bank so I called up SBI customer care and they too replied that since phonepe is a third party application, I should ask only phonepe.
Now I’m so confused where to ask.
It includes my tuition fees and I’m running late.
I have raised tickets in phonepe a lot but still no useful response. They only blame each other and no solution. It’s the fourth day today and I’m not getting refunded. Please help me those whoever are reading this.
I shall be grateful.
