Sir,
My name is Ankit I filled CBSE CTET exam form in march and paid it's fees on 2-mar-20 the fees is successfully deducted form my a/c but not showing in my exam form i wait for some days during this period I trying to contact the board but didn't receive any answer. this payment is not showing in my form till last date of fees submission so I paid my fees again on 13-mar-20 this time it's deducted and received as fees successfully and now my form was completed but my 2-mar-20 paid fees not refunded yet. Sir now more than 7 month has gone and both organisation (KOTAK BANK and CBSE) are refusing to refund my money. bank told me to ask to board and the board told me to ask to bank. Now after 7 months I realised that both are only claiming each other. Sir i filled several RTI's, mails,and latter's, in this regard but i didn't receive any amount yet please help me sir I am a poor student. my father is a farmer somehow he managed my education expenses. please my request you to help me.
