I complained to bank for refund but they told that you have confirmed payment now bank can't refund.

Sir i have filled form for htet exam with registration no -5340664. I have made payment on 3 december from my hdfc bank transaction no- 183371746860 & 183371742167 but your system diclined my payment .after that i have made payment from my axis bank which was approved & form was completed.But second day your system have approved that 2 payments also.I complained to bank for refund but they told that you have confirmed payment now bank can't refund.Please sought my problem.
