They replied like this:

Thank you for your patience and we apologies for the delay in resolving this issue.
We totally understand that this has been an inconvenience We deeply regret for the same. This transaction (order ID: FCEW160303331252715) has still not been processed by the operator.
The final status update from the operator’s end may take 1-2 days at times. Unfortunately, this is not fully controllable for us. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails.
In the meantime, we would request you to please check and verify if the below details regarding your transaction are correct:
