Dear Sir /Madam ,
On the 4th July, I was paying my electricity bill Of Torrent Power, Ahmedabad, Gujarat through Paytm of torrent power and after completion of all stages and log in by OTP of Union Bank of India and at the end Paytm shows transaction failed.
However the said amount of Rs. 7140 has been debited from my account with Union Bank of India.
Union bak account no: 57542010004440
Account holder name: Manisha Gosai
I am getting penalty from torrent power now I want to know who is the responsible for paying electricity penalty.
Paytm responded that they have refund amount to bank after one hour. But still the amount is not credited to the account.
