i order redmi note 7 pro order # 5190705930130329and it was delivered on 9-07-19. when i open the package there was redmi go instead of redmi note 7 pro. I complain on the same day. then on 12-07-19 i received call informing to submit photos/information, and on the same day i submit all the documents. I was assured that the problem will be solve by 17-07-19. But till now I haven't received any call and when i contact customer care everytime they all giving false assurance that it is in process and i will get my replacement. They also gave me false assurance that i will receive call from their concerned team but i didn't received any call. They also told me that they cannot help in processing the problem and only the concerned team can solve it. If it is then, how am I going to know the status of my complain. Neither the customer care can help me nor I receive any call from concerned team. All the customer care have to tell is to wait for more days and have patience and faith. I want know whether am i getting replacement or not. Do i have to wait till the problem is solve no matter how long it take may be months or years. you guys claim to be India's No 1 but the service you are providing is very poor and pathetic. what kind of service are providing, if you guys are no. 1. I want my phone replacement at earliest whether you complete investigation or not. Is this how you guys are doing business by fooling customer to be India no 1.
Now, today i.e 19-07-2019, I received email from Xiomi informing that my compliant against order# 5190705930130329 is closed and cannot be process anymore. They inform me that I received the redminote pro7. I was further informed that I received that package in intact condition. They have updated that that packing was not tampered and the box was not sealed and Redmi Note 7 Pro Nebula Red 6GB+128GB is missing. the thing is that they told me to send all the snapshots including everything inside the box. That's why I open the box and took the snapshot. they have informed me that they have confirmed with the courier company regarding shipment of correct product. Then how could i receive different product despite i have unboxing video. How you guys are working is totally disappoinitng. If you guys are incompetent to investigate why xiomi is still hiring such useless staff. Instead of confirming with me why are they confirming with courier and relied on their reply. Does It means that I am bluffing and wasting time like this.
