Wrong product delivered no refund

Online Order Complaint Date: February 17, 2020
I purchased a set of 3 jeans from Naptol. A different product was delivered on 10-02-2020. I called on 11-02-2020 to raise the issue and I was told by the customer care that a pickup will be made with in 48 hours. But when I called back today, they are saying that I dint register a complian with them and when I asked for refund, they said that the refund cannot be done.

Please help us and take appropriate action as no customer shall suffer in future.
