AC purched online from www.buyfree.com for order no619 not delivered even after 45days

Hi Team,
I have purchased a window AC which cost 10990 rs from www.Buyfree.in online on 16th April 2019 and it was promised to ship in 1week and also paid 500 rs extras for next day delivery and paid total amount of 11490.00 rs via phone pay option which was available in website as shown.

It was more then 45days now and company has not responded to the order. I have contacted all the available ways to reach the customer care but they are not responding to the mails or calls.
I have reached them before I place order on 9080709033 and spoke to them which I got response also spoke to Mr.sai on +91 98446 67007 before placing order to get required information and they all responded.
After placing order for window AC for order no. 619 I am not getting any response. I also informed them over email and WhatsApp that I am not need of the product now and I want to cancel the order even then they are not responding any more.
I also raided an complaint with consumer affairs with docket number: 1270274 but they are not helpful

Can you please help me to recover my money and cancel the order placed which I am not  in need any more.
