Dear Sir,

I have recharge for six month but my set top box not working. My Customer ID is 55555884. My Complaint ticket no. is 58721079.

I call to customer care continues but not satisfactory answer given by supervisor and manager also.

Every time they insist me to call engineer and charge of Rs. 200/-.

We have face this type of issue in 2016 also.

I escalate the issue from Executive->Supervisor->Manager, then they resolve the same in 10-15 minutes without any engineer visit at my home.

I really surprise every recharge i got the bed experience like that to charge Rs. 200/- from engineer visit at place.

Please look into the matter and resolve at urgent basis.
