My name is sirisha,i have placed an order for anarkali stitched dress from vivan fashion fabric through facebook advertisement. Order placed on 19th December 2019 at 9 am, And order conformed at the same time.they said it takes 5 to 7 days to deliver the product.I received my order on 24th dec 2019,and paid 1000 rs,and i got the fake product from amrut textiles, surat,gujarat through shiprocket,i tried contacting seller on the same day through whatsapp buy link(8488079269,https://bit.ly/2P67MJq)i didnot get any response from them.i want to lodge a complaint against them For sending fake products to customers.My order id is 547 ,order received from amrut Textiles,106,near silver place krishna park,kapodara uttaran bridge, surat,gujarat 394105,(8758200651).please acknowledge my complaint and do needfull
