I have returned the product with order id 24121860845 and also the return has been accepted by snapdeal but cutomer care executive called me and told me that we can't refund the money so I said fine get me replacement but even that was denied and lastly when I asked for my oroginal product to return me back even they denied for that so worst service and now I want to take legal actions because my ₹1299/- are lying with snapdeal and they are denying to give it indicates purely loot in their mind. Your help will be highly appreciated.
