It is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a HISENSE 65 '' QLED TV (MODEL -ER7K ) from Flipkart online with full payment with the help of credit card dated OCT 7 ,2023. Product received OCT 9 -2023 and Product installed completed today date of OCT 10-2023.but TV display is not working properly.

The picture quality is also very poor and there appear some black lines on the screen sometimes. Even sometimes, the television becomes automatically switched off and on. I think it has internal manufacturing defects. I have enclosed herewith the photocopy of the bill of my purchase and defective Tv screen photos.

You are, therefore, earnestly requested to replace the defective TV set with the new one.

Note: We are extremely disappointed in the request to flip kart and hisense team to replace the TV immediately otherwise I will raise the consumer complaint against Flipkart and Hisense Team and inform buyers and neighbours and customers that the Hisense products are not good quality products.

I am not satisfied with the Products quality so you are requested to replace it immediately.
