I ordered two dresses worth ₹5500 from scissors clothing, with 150 shipping charges. Before placing the order they assured me that if the delivered product is different from what showed in the picture ,I can returm it and I would get a complete refund for it.
When I received the dresses they were of very poor quality and looked nothing like what was shown in the picture . Also the beads and embellishment on the dress were falling off. I hence asked them that I would like to return it.they did not reply to my calls and messages for 4 days and blocked my number on the 5 th day .
