Our rented house address is NO 13, 5th main, 8th Cross, Vinayakanagar, Annasandrapalya , bangalore-560017. The RR number of the water meter is E-405730, every month the water charges used to be around Rs.360 to 380 and for the past three months excess bill of Rs.800 is billed instead of 360 to 380. This is done without checking the meter reading for the past 3 months, the reason given is since dog is there in our house, the meter reader cannot check the meter. You are requested to kindly investigate and inform us the correct amount which we would like to remit immediately. The bill is in the name of ANBUMANI Regards Thyagarajan.BA.LLB

    I have received a water bill this month of rs 5680 against a normal monthly bill of rs 400 to 500. No amount of escalation is making any difference. They are trying their best to pin the blame on me some way or other. They are giving me reasons like there are trees on your road may be they are drinking your water , may be your ball valve has to be another meter down and so and so forth and now accountability or logical explanation for the bill.
