My mobile Samsung j7prime black display damaged so I went sangeeta shop at bellari but they told to us there is no stock j7prime but if want it will take 3days to replace than we called to custome care people talk with shop manager than they said its available....finally again manager told us to same think it's time taking hence this priority under as per dangers shop 365days physical damage protection insurance @899-vas.

I am requesting to you I want to change my mobile under claim or else another model am ready to pay remaining amount...please help us I hope you people's with us..
