I have cancelled a purchase of 15999 INR on 13th May 2017 at Amazon , Order No 406-5756288-5258735 , Iphone Apple iPhone 5s (Silver, 16GB). The item was yet to be delivered and a refund as claimed by AMAZON was initiated against the same and an UTR no was provided. When contacted Bank Customer Service they claimed the UTR no to be an invalid no. However customer Service at Amazon end refuses to share valid Transaction details of the refund asking to take it up with the bank .
100 s of communication with AMAZON have proved futile as they do not share a valid transaction detail even after repeatedly asking for it. At present they are disconnecting calls made to them without response.
Pfa details of the mail communication with the AMAZON wherein they have communicated the UTR no.
Sir Kindly help me address the issue and get my due refund back !!!! Its already 8 th working day since the cancellation and I am only meeting with harassment when contacting Amazon Customer Service.
