Product missing in parcel package complain to Flipkart

With reference to above subject. I hereby bring to your kind notice that i
have I ordered Redmi Note-4 mobile order No:- OD110508368841913000) on
17th Oct 2017 & recieved on 27th oct 2017. when i opened flipkart package
phone was not there , only charger & data cable, help documents were in
package box . So i gave replacement request on same day via IVR Incident:
IN1710271901298974609. repersentative commit me that your problem will
resolve till November 8th 2017& told me flipkart team will contact me
with in next 72hr.
meanwhile(27th to 13th Nov ) i called many time on flipkart IVR. Every
time their repersantative give me new timeline for next 24h.
Now flipkart team is saying that intect package was delivered to me and my return request rejected by saller.
