Delivery of defective product by amazon.in placed an order on 15th May 2017

I am cheated by Amazon.in
I placed an order on 15th May 2017 on Amazon.in (ORDER # 408-7521379-1494712) amounting to INR 52,620. Product(Sony Playstation VR) was delivered on 25th May 2017, but it turned out to be defective(right lens on VR is faulty and also one of the controller is not working). I created return request on 28th May 2017 and as per the Amazon.in return policy of global store, item should be picked up from home address and there is no provision for self shipment meaning i dont need to ship the product, amazon.in will arrange the courier pickup from my home. (please see attached policy screenshot attached). I contacted Amazon.in customer care executives on 31st May 2017 and as per them, there is some kind of technical problem to arrange courier pick so they have asked me to ship the product. This is against their policy they have stated on their website. I am attaching mail conservation with CC executives. They are not providing any definite time to resolve this issue and asking me to wait until further notice. Please open an investigation in this case.
I am pretty sure they wont pick up the product. Please help me its huge amount and i have bills to pay. We cannot wait for them untill eternity to solve the issue. They need to take the product back and refund my money as per their policy.
