Paytm is a misguiding app, book a ticket for bus from New Delhi to Katra(J&K)

I am a paytm user who wanted to book a ticket for bus from New Delhi to Katra(J&K) while they booked me a ticket from New Delhi to katra(Uttar Pradesh) I have a copy of my ticket where it is nowhere written that it is katra(J&K) or katra(UP) they misguided me. The day of departure the bus operator said i was there for wrong destination. My day was wasted and they don't even care about refunding my money.I was driving around in New Delhi like fools because of them, late at night 10 pm all the inconvenience they caused me. It is nowhere written in the app that Katra(J&K) and Katra(UP) are any different, they just show katra as a query.It is nowhere mentioned on my ticket or i would have canceled it on time.They misguided me.Now they don't want to take responsibility.They are not refunding my money back.
