की मेरा नाम कमल कुमार s/o श्री ओम प्रकाश है मेने ई मित्रा पर ई बाजार से प्रीप्रिंटिंग पेपर का ओडर ( 30/08/2017 ) को लगाया | जिसमे मुझे से 590 रुपये लिए गए और इस पर लिखा गया की आपका ओडर 7 से 10 दिवस में आपके घर पंहुचा दिया जायगा | मेरा Consumer Info ---146976 टोकन नम्बर ---170059037752 व Receipt No: 17057088293 है मेरी समस्या यह की , नहीं तो सामान मेरे घर पहुचाया और नहीं मेरे रूपये वापिस लोटाये | मेने ई मेल के द्वारा कई बार सम्पर्क किया लेकिन उनका एक ही जवाब आता है की 7 या 10 दिन में पंहुचा देगे | मुझे बाजार से अधिक दाम में पेपर खरीदने पड़ रहे है जिससे मुझे आर्थिक समस्या व हानि हो रही है आप मेरी समस्या का हल कीजिये |
