I placed an order for a phone case and a France football jersey for Rs. 1098.50 on 20th October, 2018 on pynkvilla.com. I paid for the order on the same date.
I recieved the phone cover that was for 399/- on 3rd November, 2018 but the jersey wasn't shipped.
I sent a whatsapp message to the seller on 1st December, 2018 as the shipping policy promised to deliver product in 8 - 12 buisness days. I wasn't reverted back and i sent a whatsapp message again on January 4 for the same but didnt get any reply again.
I would request you to ask the seller to ship my product or refund the amount immediately.
I have attached photos of the whatsapp conversation and the order details.
