Part of order not delivered, no response from Jio Mart

I placed an online grocery order on 10/8/2020 and received all other items on 12/8/2020 except for the rice bag. I have complained to the person who delivered, as well as over emails. However, other than giving me a new SR number, Jio Mart has not done anything about either delivering the rice bag, or returning the money for it. Below are the SR Numbers given so far:
00041aFK4J9YMY52, 0023108092, 0023162914, 0023182169, 0023281368, 0023342048, 0023392290.

The service provided by Jio Mart is below par - they have BOT based support on whatsapp, which only provides very very basic support, and recorded calls on phone; no way to contact and get response from human or address consumer complaints.

Please help me receive either the item (rice bag) or the price I paid for it, ASAP and also pull them up strongly for substandard services.
