Hello,

I have ordered a refrigerator from Samsung official website via Employee discount sale (order ID 22567436583).

I have ordered on 20th May with the promised delivery on 8th June.
Till today 25th June, my order has not been delivered.
As I ordered from employee discount offer. They are not allowing me to cancel my order and at the same time, their customer care is not helping me anyway to cancel my order.

Refrigerator is very important in current pandemic situation to stop me going out on daily basis
Samsung India is playing with my family safety.

Please help me get my money return from samsung
