Online Order Complaint Date: October 15, 2023
On 13th October i have received the product but mobile battery is not working. As per company norms it's 7 days replacement policy is available till 20th October. But the service centre is not ready to providing me replacement and any kind of services on this product. When i asked them the told me the phone is not under the warranty period as per their system showing. So they can't providing any kind of services for that. But i just received the product just two days before. Kindly help me out of this.
