COMPLAINT FLIPKART.COM SCREEN DAMAGE OF ASUS ZENFONE MAX M1

This is to apprise you that i bought a mobile through online from Flipkart of ASUS ZENFONE MAX M1 dated 28th October,2018 and received the product as on 2nd November,2018.Unfortunately I have received this product with screen damage and as per policy of Flipkart return policy i place a request for pick up of my damage mobile to the concerned mobile number.After frequent call and request from past One and Half months,i was told to provide with relevant credentials like School ID Proof,Affidavit,etc. to pick up my damage mobile.But finally on 12th December,2018 they have updated me "the seller is unable to fulfill our return request against ORDER ID 113752290635714000.
So I request you to look the matter personally and come to conclusion to obtain my replacement of mobile or return of money which i have incurred to buy this product amounting Rs.7499.
