Money was deducted but order not processed Myntra amounting to a total of Rs. 8445.76

I had ordered products on Myntra amounting to a total of Rs. 8445.76 on end of the season sale from 22-25 Dec. I was alloted a time quota of 8.30-9.30Pm & within that period of time carried out the aforesaid online shopping. The official app of myntra showed that order was successfully carried out & the same was deducted from my credit card account. But on checking the ordered section of the app i noticed that nothing was there. Later a few hours i emailed them regarding the same but nothing was intimated. At last i called up their customer care & was told that due to some system error order was not processed. Then they said they"d be refunding the amount within a week. But what about harassment it caused to me & i had waited the whole year for this sale!! They have refused to honor the same order at the exact same prices when i proposed it because i wanted the products & now they have hiked the prices of the exact same products significantly . Infact i am not only the customer whom they duped with the same policy. Clearly this unprofessionalism. Something needs to done about these e commerce frauds.
