Complaint against Club Factory's behavior, I placed 2orders on Club Factory

I placed 2orders on Club Factory i.e. SO32037597 worth 6428INR and SO31088809 worth 10174INR on 14th and 10th Jul'18 respectively.The payment was done full.
Concerns:
1. When requested for bill, team said it will be generated when order will be dispatched. When asked during dispatched time, team said it will be generated post order is delivered. When asked after receiving order, team said their finance team is working on it. When asked now, team said it has been sent along with parcel whereas there was no bill along with the parcel.
2. In one of the orders, I placed an order for 4 green canvas storage hangings whereas received only 3. There was no response from the team when asked about missing product. And now after multiple follow-ups, team is telling that they have initiated a refund against it whereas nothing as such is reflecting in my Club Factory account.
3. There was an amount worth 21.07 US Dollars mentioned in refunded balance and only two options to withdraw it. When tried withdrawing the money to bank account, app didn't work Everytime. Assuming there might be some bug in that transaction mode, I opted for second withdrawal option i.e. paytm transfer. Now, my club Factory balance shows zero and money withdrawn whereas money has not been credited to my paytm account yet.
