To Respected sir,

Before placing an order in this web site.i spoke to customer service and I placed the order.i paid Rs 1500.i received the ordered item.but they did not send me what I have ordered.they posted wrong one.so politely I called customer service people and I informed them.they told me send an email to customer team dept they will send reply with in 24 hours.i send an email.no response.so tried email again.and I am trying to call customer care people the are lifting the phone and after hearing my voice they are disconnecting the call.so I tried with another number. They are doing same.so please help me I want to file a complaint against this web site.like this how many people they will cheat.
