WRONGLY CHARGED EMI, ordered a Air Conditioned from flipkart internet

I ordered a Air Conditioned from flipkart internet with order number# OD211693214900430000, in the month of March,2018. Flipkart was displaying me the product price as 36,651.00 with an offer NO COST EMI. I have placed an order successfully using HDFC credit card on EMI for tenure of 12 Months for NO COST EMI. I have overlooked till now how much the bank was charging me. When I cross checked I found that bank was charging me an amount of 3,290.79 as a monthly EMI for 12 months. On calculating I found that I am paying altogether (3,290.79X12) 39,489.48 but where as I was supposed to pay total amount only 36,651.00 for 12 months. When we first cross checked with flipkart customer care executive they clearly stated that the product so purchased was on a NO COST EMI for 12 months & the purchased value is 36,651.00 only, and suggested us to cross check with bank for more details. When we cross checked with bank for the extra amount paid to bank as a interest, the bank clearly stated that there is nothing to be done with bank in case of payment as the merchant has only rights to alter the payment & suggested us to go back to the merchant & to cross check it. Now when I am cross checking with flipkart, no proper reply has been provide by them as on date & now they are now just simply saying that they have given the additional discount so payable to the bank of amount 2,839.00 as an instant discount & the actual price for the product is 39,490.00. Flipkart on successful deliver has raised an invoice for an amount of 36,651.00only. If so the flipkart is correct then they were supposed to raise invoice for an amount of 39,490.00 but not for 36,651.00. And I am quite sure that they have displayed 36,651.00 as a final price along with NO COST EMI offer on it (as explained you in starting). as per Flipkart the NO COST EMI policy "*Flipkart No Cost EMI — a monthly installment-based payment scheme with no processing fee, no hidden costs, no down payment and no interest payout — takes you one step closer to making your wishes come true, no matter what the price tag."
