Sir/madam,
I had ordered two wheeler body cover from Amazon India on 19/06 order#402-8262240-8117160. Delivery date was 25/06. End of 25/06 I had received a SMS and also update on Amazon app that product was delivered on 25/06 but till now the product is not received here. Had contacted multiple times their customer care and every time false commitments were given, even issues raised on social medias also were ignored. Today when I contacted again they are asking me to go for the refund which will take another 4-5 working days and not ready to share the refund request reference no.

Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered(certified refurbished) Apple iphone 5S ( grey 16GB) order # 402-03568542354760 , tracking I'd: 511688796876 . Delivery date was 26 August-2018. End of 26 August I had recieved a SMS and also update on amazone site.I had recieved other product( Hand globs) not also recieved Iphone 5S. The parking is damaged. Had contacted multiple times their costumer and every time false commitment, we're given even issue today when I contacted again they are asking me no need help and they called to me going to consumer city. So please sir help me in this regards
