I have purchased my XOLO Q500S IPS GREEN on 13 November 2014 from Snapdeal. One year warranty was given on this phone. My phone got dead in month of September and i gave it to repair at service centre but it was not repaired they suggested for the refund,then person came from Snapdeal and took the phone in October and promised for the refund but till now no solution has been done. I have been calling and e-mailing many times but no response from the company. Now from past 5 months no response has been shown.
