I had purchased new MotoG3 device on 10th Oct 2015 from flipkart.
Since then i have been facing camera issues in the device.I informed them about the same then they first checked my phone through online support whole of the November and later asked me to submit the device to their service centre. I had submitted my device to their service centre on 14 dec and asked them to provide the device on asap basis on which they said that they will provide within 15 days. But almost 2 months have passed but still i have not received my device yet. They had given so many closure dates which they all have defaulted. Now i have asked them to refund my money or another device on which they are not agreeing. Due to this case i have suffered loss as well i am mentally exploited by the service provided by the Motorola. I would request you to kindly help me on this matter.
