Company is not giving back my mobile phone that is sent to company for repair/replacement as the phone is under warranty period. Customer service is very poor and not responding for phone calls & emails. I am under this process of getting my phone back since 3-4 months and feeling helpless now! Please take appropriate action in this matter.
