Product was never deliver on promised date

I am very disappointed with Motorola Services I bought Moto G3 in Jan this year and it's lock key button stopped working in May last week.

I submitted the device in Authorized service (Jankpuri Delhi) center on 4th June and was informed that it won't take more than 8-10 days to resolve the issue. I told them I am not in town after 16th June but still they assured me that we will get it done by 12th June Max.

I followed up for the same on 10th of June but nothing happened. I was told to wait another 3 days. I was disappointed but I was told that there is some parts shortage which is causing the delay. After 3 days now they are telling me that one part as been issued and the other part is in transit which will take another 7 days.

I am writing this with awful frustration because now every time deadline has been crossed and I am not in the city from tomorrow (17 May 2016) which will result I am with out my phone alteast for a month due to lack of coordination between service centre and its vendor and poor engineering.
If I call manager of Janakpuri center (Anil: 9891660777) but he never provides me a good reason.
