I bought a Nokia 630 single sim phone two months ago (in January, 2016) IMEI/Sr No. is 357138063672981. The product still under warrantee. Due to some technical issues I had submitted it to the Microsoft care centre at Neil Communications, C-10, Sector-10, Noida Uttar Pradesh, against Job Sheet No. 962433527/160402/001 on 2nd April, 2016. On 15th April, 2016 I got a call as well an email from Microsoft company confirming that a replacement device has been dispatched to the Noida Care centre Till today (29th APril, 2016) I haven't received the device. Despite making calls and emails to the Care Centre and Microsoft office Number 080 30303838 nothing has been done from their end to sort out the issue. I would request kindly look into the matter as it has been delayed for more than 15 days now. This mean the company has given wrong information about the dispatch and they are cheating the customer. Whenever I contacted them they are giving false excuses and asked me to wait another 24 hours so that some from the Microsoft office will contact me with an update which never happened. Now I don't need a replacement unit. I seek your help for a compensation for the delay and harassment by Microsoft company as they are cheating the customers.
