Greetings for the day.!
Please to be inform you that I have a raised a complaint with Airtel three years back regarding my number (9700005000) has been disconnected without my request and sold to another customer, Since three years they keep on giving me false statements.
Most of the times they never respond to my e-mails and I was fighting since 2017 with them to get my number back but I am unsuccessful. First I was using the number in the Aircel then after some years, I ported from Aircel to Airtel due to some network issues.
After one year suddenly I went abroad for a long time and also informed the Airtel team to keep active my number and same has been agreed by the Airtel in Hyderabad Head Office. After some time they misused my number by doing the sim replacement and started using by the
Airtel employee only as it’s a silver number and after a couple of months the number was gone to Vodafone with my knowledge. Now they are refusing to provide the proper information and asking to check with Vodafone but I refused & asking them how my number will go to Vodafone without my permission and how you people accept the request without my permission, Also requested to provide the proof of request and sometime they are saying number has been allocated to others but source of my contacts I have checked number in Vodafone laying in the system. Soi need the TRAI & DOT help to get back my number and many times I have escalated through twitter but I have not received any proper response towards my complaint. I request all the TRAI advisors please help me to get my number (9700005000) back at the earliest.
Currently, I am staying in abroad but in 2020 I am completely coming back to India to settle. If you need any communication with me for further information please share any mobile number to contact your team or you can coordinate through e-mail but please please please help me out.
