Mobile started troubling. It is in d warranty period & in the service centre from last 50days

I bought honor 8 pro in Sept/2017. Everything was going well until May/2018. In May, my mobile started troubling so I submitted in authorised service centre as it is in warranty. Problem was"My mobile used to hang off & switches off automatically". After keeping my mobile for around 7days they returned the mobile saying it is ok now. I brought the mobile back home & found the same problem. Submitted back with in 2days. It is nearing around 50days now. They don't respond properly. On 27/06 they said they want 7days of time. On 03/07 again they said they want 7days. They are just extending the dates. I have spent 25k rupees for the mobile & did not even use for 1year. After many attempts to speak to them now, I want to raise a complaint against them. Complaint no.SR220108618104655062
