I am kailas keerthi chandra from india, I have purchased Samsung galaxy s8 plus on 4th September 2018, I have seen multiple issues regarding the battery, camera not working properly, Irish camera. Sir I have undergone surgery on 26th of sep 2018, sir I was not in a position to walk to the service center before the surgery and once I was out from the bed rest I went to the service center and requested them for the replacement as I am not all happy with the product.
Sir I was informed that they shall first try to replace the items and see if the product really has issues, now the issues are repaired multiple time and even though I was on rest Samsung made me walk to service center continuesly for 2 time a day and for 5 days.
Sir we come from a middle class family and I have purased Samsung galaxy s8plus in 2018 as the phone price has gone down, but my luck didn’t support me as thought I got a faulty phone.
I put my self respect a side and begged and pleased to my death to replace the phone, but no body from Samsung is trying to help me.
