Purchase Nokia 7 plus on June of 2018 found defective at the first purchase replaced by th dealer but the device has been defective again within a month went to the service centre for escalation promised 10 days to get it repaired but they look one month and there was no response from them and it has been 10 months till now and still now also no response from them already filed a compliant with the district court but still no response from the dealer or companies customer care the device is still with the service centre and they didn't even bother to enquire about it till now and it has been 8 months I am helpless I lost my all documents contacts and because of them I lost my job and I am still jobless because it isn't available and I missed it when it was available even the district court isn't helping in this matter, the customer support called me twice promised me a date for escalation months have been passed still no escalation and when asked about refund no reply from I haven't even used my device I am losing my money from the bank through EMI every month and the device is not with me I wasted 15000 for advocates, court fees, roaming here and there every month for the court, no one Comes to the court for questioning from the company side, service centre's don't respond to the customers, even through the national consumer helpline also the case was disposed of three times which is really horrible just give me my money back just the phone money I will never ever buy your products I promise nokia, I am tired please help me Nokia, I lost my health because of your tensions, stress, I lost my money, time, I have been in severe depression because of you please why are you making me suffer I don't get it, I want my money back because I lost trust in your company to even accept a replacement.
