I had recharged 7218794547 this no. with Rs.298 - unlimited 2G data pack. I had recharged with this pack so many times before. That time as per data plan network gives 30-35 kbps speed at node in every weather conditions. But since 20 days, I am getting only 3-4 kbps speed over 2g data pack.
Then, I made 3G recharge for couple of day on other idea no., it will give as usual speed at 100-200 kbps. then I made 2G recharge, service given at only 3-4 kbps speed. Likewise I have checked it so many way. I have faced this problem second time. Then I come to conclusion, just to make 3G and 4G internet market Idea provide this unethical service to customer. I am in Gadchiroli. Maharashtra. Here network for Idea is 3G+, 3G, 2G. Idea really provide good service for calling, but it spoil it for internet. Some people like me, needs only 20-30 kbps speed, and Idea are indirectly tell them to recharge with 3G pack, this is completely unethical business and against the Human Rights.

I am doing recharge always with 199 but from 4 months I m start doing 249 but started they given good speed. I t from 2 months the speed was worst I am called the customer care they given their help but it was not doing. Well the plan which they given 2gb 2g and after unlimited but speed was a very worst today I am do recharge . I thought my pack was over but it not given speed again. Whenever I try to download anything from play store my 2g speed gone to 85 b/s or 0b/s. Do some help on that.
